This is your chance to work on your most important project, surrounded by other like-minded individuals. No cell phones. No distractions.
This retreat is designed to recharge your body and mind. The days consist of: basic mindfulness meditation, light yoga and movement, short TED-style workshops, structured time in nature, and facilitated campfire discussions.
Each retreat will host 12 hand-selected, like-minded individuals. All meals will be provided, and you will enjoy breathtaking surroundings in Kananaskis, Alberta.
The program has been finalized, the location has been chosen, and we are working on selecting the ideal date for 2019.
